Refund policy

Not for you? We refund the money

If PortugalTest is not what you expected, write to romanevich@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase with your order number and we refund the full amount — whether or not you have activated the code, and without asking why. The money goes back by the same method you paid with, within 14 days of your message. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record, so the refund is issued through it.

What happens to the access

After a refund the access code is deactivated: the paid papers stop opening on your devices the next time the trainer goes online. The two free papers and your own results stay.

If something does not work

If a paper does not load, a recording does not play or the code does not unlock the papers, tell us — we fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer. This applies at any time, not only in the first 14 days.

Your rights as a consumer

This guarantee comes on top of your rights under EU and Portuguese consumer law and does not limit them. It covers the whole 14-day withdrawal period whether or not the code is used, so activating the code straight away costs you nothing.

What a refund does not cover

The exam fee paid to CAPLE, your exam result and any residence or nationality procedure are outside the service and outside this policy.
