Refund policy

Fourteen days

Full access to PortugalTest is digital content delivered without a physical medium. Under EU and Portuguese consumer law you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason — as long as the access code has not been activated. Write to romanevich@gmail.com with the date of your order and we refund the full amount by the same method you paid with, within 14 days of your request.

Once the code is activated

By entering the code in the trainer you ask us to deliver the content immediately and acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends at that moment, as the law provides for digital content. After activation we do not refund the purchase because you changed your mind.

If something does not work

If a paper does not load, a recording does not play or the code does not unlock the papers, tell us — we fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer. This applies at any time, not only in the first 14 days.

What a refund does not cover

The exam fee paid to CAPLE, your exam result and any residence or nationality procedure are outside the service and outside this policy.
